A Graph Not a Tree
This looks like a tree, but it is really a graph.
So all of the users see a tree, but it is really a graph.
The Canonincal URLs mean there are two paths to an object. But there are lots of places where objects are accessed across the tree.
WebClasses, Social Media Nodes use the Twitter Id to find the object. Social Nodes use the state name to find the state, and its child twitter ids.
There is also an index into the politicias, which is another part of the graph. Just used to speed things up.
