Unofficial Neurodivergent Caucus

This is an unofficial caucus in the process of gathering the needed people and documents to apply for caucus status. This caucus would exist to represent the interests of the neurodivergent and mentally ill in the United States who currently are not politically organized and are underrepresented in decision making and governance. As we gain more members we will set up a discussion process for what key points we should unshakably uphold.
