National Ranked Choice Voting Nevada

The people of Nevada created a petition to add RCV to the ballot for this previous cycle, for a General Election ballot item to be voted on by Nevada residents. The NV State Legislature chair, chose to table the item until further notice. According to what I've read, whomever the NV State Chair may be, at any given time, may choose to table certain items,  up to 3 times, before it becomes a ballot measure.
