Michigan State University needs transparent leadership. The students deserve Trustees who work for them and who they can trust . I am that person. I am asking you for your vote. Together, we can be the team that leads Spartans through these tough times. Together we are strong: Spartan strong!

As a Michigan State University Trustee, I would welcome as much diversity at our Board of Trustee table as I have at my own dinner table. Being the matriarch of a culturally and racially diverse family, I understand the frustrations that black students/people across the nation are experiencing. Even Covid-19 is more likely to affect our black students more than any other race. My own mother has contracted the virus so I appreciate the fear that our students and faculty feel. As a Trustee, I will take all precautions to keep our campus save from both infections...racism and Covid 19.
